My interests: I like to read, listen to country music, 1970's and 1980's soft rock, I like the Eagles, Fleetwood Mac and most of the Country stars of today. I like to knit and crochet, and I will teach any who is interested in learning these crafts. I also like to cross-stitch. I like to play Backgammon, Cribbage, Hearts, Checkers, Gin, and Spades. I will teach anyone who doesn't know how to play these games. I have already taught two people to play Backgammon and one how to play Cribbage on the Internet.

Hello there. Let me take time out and introduce myself..

My name is Lady Ceia. I am so known as Princess Cyra. I am 37 years old. I was born in the Winter Equinox. I am a Piscean. I am also part Native American Indian, Scots and Japanese.

I enjoy the mountains. I also like the feel of warm sand between my bare toes. People call me a paradox.

I am also into the art of herbal healing. I am not under any condition a Nurse or a Doctor, and I never claim to be.

I also try to be kind to all, am honest, and very sensitive to my surroundings.

I have in my possession some recipes and listings of herbs and their uses.

Here are just a few of them:

    Herbs and their uses:

    Catnip----used as a sedative
    Cloves----used as a sedative
    Valerian Root----used for nerves
Golden Seal----mixed with Valerian Root for nerves
Scullcap----used to get toxins out of the body
    Fieldmint----used for upset stomache

These above are used in a tea.

    Recipes for the herbs:

Teas: bring 10oz water to boil. Add botanicals. Pour over botanicals. Steep for 5-10 min.

Elixirs: 1-4oz of powdered herbs. 8oz. of 75% alcohol.(red wines are best for this...)Mix herbs and alcohol together then add 4oz. water. Let steep in a dark place for 2 weeks. 2-3 spoonfuls as needed.
